FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an individual who is welcoming and smart; someone who can focus on the things that really matter to our guests and get them right every time. Join us as a Front Office Supervisor. You will have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.
A little insight of your day-to-day
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities, including reception, guest check-in/check-out, and inquiries
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Train, mentor, and support front office staff
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
- Ensure proper use of booking systems and accurate record-keeping
- Assist with reservations, billing, and cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
What we need from you
- 3-5 years Front Office experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Conflict resolution
- Attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking
