They are currently seeking a skilled GM Communication & Impact Monitoring to elevate their brand and oversee the organisation's impact strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic communication initiatives to raise awareness of the company's mission.
• Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
• Implement branding strategies to maximise exposure across all assets and partnerships.
• Maintain active social media channels and measure engagement to enhance their online presence.
• Oversee impact monitoring processes and assess the effectiveness of our programs.
• Support the Executive Management Team in building a culture of performance and impact.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Champion sustainability principles and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
• Adhere to budgetary constraints and possess strategic foresight.
• Degree in Communication with proven executive-level experience in communication, marketing, or monitoring & evaluation.
