About the Role

Love creating? Obsessed with Canva? Have the speed of a fryer operator during lunch rush? Baker Boy and Duffy are looking for a creative designer who can turn ideas into scroll‑stopping social content, bold in‑store promotional materials, and now also help drive the rollout of our new Loyalty Program.

If you get excited about colours, layouts, brand personality, customer engagement, and turning everyday ideas into eye‑catching visuals and compelling offers, this role could be for you.

We are flexible to engage with an Experienced Graphic Designer with or without Loyalty experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating social media content that grabs attention

• Designing posters, digital screens, menu inserts, and in‑store promo materials

• Turning marketing briefs into visuals that feel Baker Boy bold and Duffy polished

• Using Canva at an expert level (templates, custom work, fast turnaround)

• Integrating AI tools to boost creativity and speed

• Managing multiple design tasks in a fast‑paced environment

• Keeping everything consistent, organised, and on brand

Plus, supporting our Loyalty Program by:

• Coordinating loyalty campaign logistics and scheduling

• Uploading and managing offers, rewards, and customer communications

• Ensuring loyalty visuals and messaging match brand tone and creative direction

• Working with the Ops & (external) Marketing & Socials teams to keep campaigns timely, accurate, and engaging

What You Bring

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio • High proficiency in Canva • A sharp eye for layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy • Ability to produce high‑quality work quickly • Experience in loyalty or membership management • Confidence using or learning AI tools • Strong organisational skills for managing loyalty campaign tasks • Good communication and openness to feedback • POM‑based applicants preferred
