An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a visionary Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a diversified conglomerate across multiple jurisdictions and a legacy spanning over four decades, the Group is embarking on its next phase of transformation and sustainable growth—and you could be at the helm.

The Role

As Group CFO you will lead a high-performing global finance team and be responsible for setting the financial strategy, overseeing finance operations, and driving enterprise value. This role is critical in capital markets engagement, funding strategy, and embedding financial excellence across a complex, multi-sector organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a future-focused financial strategy aligned with long-term growth.
• Lead global finance functions including FP&A, treasury, tax, reporting, and controls.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and enterprise-wide efficiency.
• Ensure robust governance, risk, and compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Inspire and develop a diverse, high-impact finance team across borders.
• Engage with banks, investors, credit rating agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Represent finance across ELT, Audit, Investment, and Transformation Committees.

What We’re Looking For

• CA, CPA, or equivalent; MBA or Master’s in Finance highly regarded.
• 15+ years in senior finance leadership, with 5+ years as a Group CFO or similar.
• Strong track record in leading multinational finance teams and complex transformations.
• Commercially savvy, strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience in capital markets, M&A, and operating in emerging markets.
• A resilient, low-ego leader with integrity, adaptability, and sharp financial acumen.
