About the Role:
Are you a finance expert ready to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact? We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee all financial control activities, regulatory compliance, and strategic reporting for our group. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of financial operations, implement advanced ERP solutions, and guide a talented team toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
- Lead ERP system enhancements across departments, ensuring smooth rollouts and user support for growth-focused initiatives.
- Manage and coach a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and development-oriented environment.
- Ensure capital and balance sheet management, conducting scenario analyses to support strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting with ACA professional qualification; Big 4 and auditing experience preferred.
- 10-15 years in Finance, with experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong grasp of International Accounting Standards and relevant banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven track record of effective senior-level collaboration.
