Job Description:
As a Gym Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. Your role is vital in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining gym facilities, and assisting members with their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members in a friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all gym areas and equipment
• Monitor gym activities to ensure safety and enforce gym policies
• Provide guidance on the proper use of equipment
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in organizing gym programs and activities
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or fitness environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of gym equipment and safety protocols is preferred
