The Company

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Operations Officer to oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company’s Health & Safety Management System across affiliate offices and operational sites. It involves developing and maintaining H&S documentation, conducting audits and inspections, monitoring compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the Health & Safety Management System across operations.
  • Verify that operational activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct H&S audits and inspections of vehicles and equipment prior to mobilisation on site.
  • Promote H&S awareness and motivate personnel toward safe behaviour.
  • Collect, analyse, and consolidate data to prepare monthly H&S reports.
  • Develop, promote, and facilitate safety culture initiatives and communication campaigns across offices and sites.
  • Report and investigate incidents, including preparing Cause Tree Analysis reports, and maintain safety management system records.
  • Manage HSE training matrices, provide system training, contribute to Permit to Work processes, and perform other H&S tasks as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as HSE officer in Oil and Gas, Logistics or Construction sectors
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills
