The Role: Head of Business – Manufacturing/FMCG

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. This senior role will have full responsibility for market expansion, profitability, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies across all business segments.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and retailers to expand distribution networks and improve brand visibility.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
• Oversee product development to ensure alignment with market demands and consumer preferences.
• Manage financial performance, budgetary planning, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the FMCG/Retail and/or manufacturing industries.
• Strong business development track record, with a focus on emerging markets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and driving teams to success.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior management roles within the FMCG/Retail and/or manufacturing sectors.
