About the Company:

The Role:

They are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and market positioning for a portfolio of properties. Reporting directly to the CEO of Hospitality, this role is pivotal in leading strategic sales initiatives, developing customer relationships, and maximizing occupancy across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for hotels, apartments, and dining outlets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate and leisure clients, online booking platforms, and community stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and create impactful campaigns to boost property visibility and bookings.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional understanding of hotel distribution channels, digital marketing, and emerging industry trends.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and customer relationship management skills.
