  • Align training content and delivery methodology with guidance from the (external) Head of Training.

QA & Standards Maintenance

  • Own the day-to-day maintenance of the PSS & DCS Process and Policy Manual and all associated training materials and SOPs, within the framework set by the PSS & DCS Manager.
  • Maintain version control of all training and process documentation, ensuring outdated content is retired promptly.
  • Conduct periodic quality reviews of training delivery and documentation, and audit that Trainers apply consistent standards.
  • Escalate significant process, policy or manual changes to the PSS & DCS Manager for formal review and approval before publication.

Certification & Records

  • Maintain accurate training records and certification status for all PSS/DCS users.
  • Ensure certification and refresher training is tracked and completed within required timeframes, in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Liaise with the (external) Head of Training on training standards, instructional methodology and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide regular reporting to the PSS & DCS Manager on training completion, certification status, and QA/documentation review outcomes.
  • Work with the Team Leader – Helpdesk and Helpdesk Officers to identify and address recurring user knowledge gaps through training.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES
