Job Title: Heavy Equipment Fitter

MTIS PNG Limited, a leading provider of specialized industrial products and engineering services, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Fitter to join our team in Motukea, Port Moresby. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled break down maintenance.
• Fault diagnosis and repairs to OEM standards.
• Use of CMMS and technical documentation.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
• Maintain accurate service and repairs records.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic.
• Minimum 5+ years post-trade experience.
• Strong hands-on skills with diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulics, and basic electrics.
• Experience working with heavy mobile equipment in industrial, civil, or mining environments.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license (desirable).

Based on experience and qualifications

Location:

111 Napa Napa Rd, Motukea, Port Moresby.

Transport provided to and from work via a pick -up point.
