Reporting to the Recruitment Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience that supports our site wide operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by attracting, selecting and onboarding talent that keeps our operations running safely and successfully.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Managing full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments from vacancy approval to onboarding.
• Screen and assess applications against job specifications and technical requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, panel schedules and assessment venues
• Arrange pre-employment medicals and trade testing
• Prepare and contribute to weekly recruitment reporting
• Respond to recruitment and HR related enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Partner with recruitment agencies for permanent placements
• Liaise with local labour hire companies for shutdown workforce engagement.
• Coordinate contractor mobilisation and demobilisation, ensuring all compliance and administrative requirements are met.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within mining, extractive or heavy industry
• Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels
• Experience in labour hire administration and contractor management
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability
