We are seeking a Hire Officer to join our growing Team.

Position Vacancy: Hire Officer

Location: Port Moresby, National Capital District

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate machinery rental contracts and agreements
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and equipment availability
• Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule delivery and pickup of machinery according to customer requirements
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is properly serviced and in good working condition
• Monitor rental trends and make recommendations for inventory management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fleet management or rental coordination preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Fleet Tracking software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
