We are looking for HR Admin Officer – Pactrade (PNG) Limited

Pactrade (PNG) Limited is an established FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and is part of CJ Patel Group of Companies in Fiji. Pactrade is represented in PNG with its Port Moresby

The key responsibilities include:

To provide administrative support to HR Department

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in supervising admin operations
  2. Manager and coordinate on timesheet for staffs
  3. Prepare reports and provide accurate updates
  4. Coordinate for HR admin duties
  5. Assist in Planning and executive events

Skills and experience

- Microsoft word, excel and power point

- Events planning and communication and adaptability.

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in admin office skills

- Trustworthy and honesty

- Able to work under pressure and mobile to work long hours if needed be.

Suitable candidates should live within the city limits ( Port Moresby), be confident, have an enthusiastic personality. With strong ethical values, high moral values.
