Global Constructions Ltd has a reputable history of over 30 years in the Civil Construction industry in Papua New Guinea.

We are currently seeking to recruit:

HR ASSISTANT/ TRAVEL COORDINATOR

Successful candidate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analysing data
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Uphold and maintain confidentiality
  • Review job applications and schedule interviews
  • Review and monitor reports for employee Nasfund membership update and withdrawals
  • Issuance of staff uniforms, stocktake and update of records
  • Provide General Secretarial support /duties.
  • Assist Payroll where required
  • Arrange & Coordinate Travel and accommodation , distribute travel schedules
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in an HR role
  • Certificate in recognised Secretarial college/institution
  • Ability to work to deadlines,
  • Highly organised, excellent time management skills & ability to work unsupervised
  • Good command of MS Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Good organisation skills and General administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
  • Must have a valid drivers license
