The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, you will partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that support business growth and employee success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide proactive HR advice and support across all people-related matters.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, learning and development, and offboarding.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and Group HR initiatives across the business.
• Coach and support leaders in managing performance, employee engagement, attendance, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to meet operational business needs.
• Ensure compliance with PNG employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance while maintaining accurate HR records and reporting.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of PNG Employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
