We currently have an immediate vacancy for a HR Specialist – Separation who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee separation process at Goodman Fielder. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal controls while maintaining a positive employee experience during offboarding. The specialist will act as the key liaison between employees, managers, payroll, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Recent Graduate or 2+ years of HRIS experience, preferably with exposure to employee separation/offboarding.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive conversations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Excel.
