AIL Group Ltd invites qualified, committed, and safety-conscious individuals to apply for the position of HSSE Officer. The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of the company's Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies, procedures, and practices to promote a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Position Title: HSSE Officer/s x 2

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• A diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety Level 1,2,3 & 4, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant OSH Training on Dangerous Goods/Dangerous cargo handling qualifications.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant HSSE experience, preferably in a similar operational or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of workplace hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems and emergency response is desirable.
• Familiarity with applicable Papua New Guinea workplace health and safety and environmental requirements.
• Good report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Additional training in risk assessment, incident investigation, first aid, fire safety, and emergency response is desirable.
