HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER

We are pleased to announce an open vacancy exists in our Company for a qualified and experienced HR Business Partner, based in Port Moresby.

This position will provide support to the departments and liaise with the Human Resources team to coordinate HR functions for the Divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In consultation with the Human Resources team, HR Business Partner will coordinate for;

• Job Descriptions, job adverts
• Monitor staff performance review dates
• Staff disciplinary actions
• Work permits and visas
• Staff leave forms
• Staff change forms
• Staff travels
• Maintain and update a database of candidates for all department roles
• Maintain a good rapport with Sourcing agencies
• Arrange and coordinate all interviews noting different time zones

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCES

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, or Business Management or a graduate with bachelor’s degree in any related field with 3 to 5 years HR experience.
• Being in an aviation industry or similar environment would be an advantage.
• Possess a safety approach in the aviation industry or similar environment.
• A people-person with great customer service experience and skills.
• Computer literate with profound knowledge and skills in excel applications
• Understanding of work place health and safety.
• Have a high level of urgency in completion of given tasks
• Data Analyst is an advantage
