Guard Dog Security Services Ltd - Port Moresby Office is urgently looking to recruit an experienced Human Resource Generalist. Successful candidate will provide support to the Guard Dog Group HR Department.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma Certificate in Human Resource or related field
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role in an immense organisation
• Knowledgeable in File Maker Pro would be an advantage
• Maintain and update HR Files
• Provide Support to Business Unit Managers and Departmental Heads
• Assist Group HR Manager to prepare employment contracts
• Review Dismissal/Appeal Notices and provide feedback to HR Manager
• Maintain Confidentiality and trustworthy
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Proactive and team player
• Excellent communication skills
