Human Resources Business Partner

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and driven Human Resources Business Partner to join its Human Resources Team. This role is based in Lae, Morobe Province and will report to the General Manager – Human Resources.

The HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with Senior Management and the team in proactively delivering a positive and engaging employee experience.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience within an FMCG environment, with strong commercial awareness.
• In-depth understanding of PNG Labor Law and local employment regulations. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Solid exposure to multiple HR disciplines, including:
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • Policy Interpretation
  • Workforce Support

• Excellent communication skills—both written and oral—with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships across the business.
