A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Responsible for ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene, primarily in food service.
• Maintain hygienic standards and practices
• Maintain a hygienic kitchen
• Clean the kitchen and equipment
• Creating and updating hygiene procedures and policies to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What we need from you

• 3 years of work experience
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food hygiene
• Good time-management skills
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
