Hygiene Supervisor

Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self–driven Hygiene Supervisor. The role will be based in Lae and will report to the Rice Mill Inventory and Hygiene Manager.

The Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for establishing, implementing and improving the Rice Mill’s Good Manufacturing Practice, housekeeping, laundering and cafeteria service schedules. Responsibilities also include developing checklists and procedures for the Hygiene Crews on day and during shifts. The incumbent will also be required to monitor and enforce safety, quality and hygiene standards for the team members, their work areas, as well as keeping records of routine activities including their attendance & performances.

Key Requirements

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality or similar
• 3 years’ work experience in an FMCG Industry
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to show initiative
• Knowledge in cleaning & hygiene product management
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Computer literate in MS Office Applications
