• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ICT projects.
• Plan and ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.

• Monitor ICT infrastructure to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Train, manage, and coach the ICT team to meet project goals and timelines.
• Assess team performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce confidentiality, non-disclosure, and data protection policies.
• Ensure compliance with ICT standards, security protocols, and backup procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and system documentation.
