Position: Independent Sales Consultant
If you are a school leaver, unemployed or simply finding it difficult to secure a job, we are giving entrepreneurial minded individual who love challenges a second chance to learn and grow.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- One year minimum sales experience ideal but not essential.
- Efficient organizational and time management skills
- Good negotiation skills
- A self-starter who is result driven.
- Have problem solving aptitude.
- Well versed in English and Tok Pisin.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Lead generate.
- Establish personal database.
- Liaise with prospects.
- Elaborate on product benefits and features.
- Create appointments and close deals.
- Provide back-up customer service
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
PROVISIONS:
- Lucrative weekly sales commission and incentives.
- Office and work station provided
- Phone line provided.
- On the job training provided
- Back – Up admin and customer service team provided.
