Job Title: Internal Salesperson

MTIS Group is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Salesperson to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in industrial and/or hydraulic sales, who is capable of handling responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our market presence, especially within industries such as oil & gas, mining, heavy equipment, and transportation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and manage client relationships, focusing on our key sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.
  • Ensure professional communication with clients through various channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to clients.
  • Utilize ERP software for sales management and reporting.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous Industrial and/or Hydraulic Sales Experience
  • Professional Acumen: Exceptional professional spoken and written communication skills.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience dealing with clients in oil & gas, mining, heavy equipment, and transportation sectors.
  • ERP Software Proficiency: Experience using ERP software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Pronto etc.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Tertiary Qualifications

Desirable Qualities:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Location:

111 Napa Napa Rd, Motukea, Port Moresby.

Transport provided to and from work via a pick up point.
