INVENTORY CLERK – LAE BASED

Zenag Chicken is a nationally owned company specialised in the production, distribution, and marketing of the highest quality of farm fresh eggs and poultry products in PNG. We are now seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the role of Inventory Clerk.

This position reports to the Inventory Manager.

The main responsibility for the role is maintaining accurate and timely records of stock movements and transactions.

Duties:

• Ensuring accuracy of inventory records against physical stock.
• Ensuring timely manner of updating stock records.
• Investigating & resolving of inventory discrepancies.
• Providing weekly accurate reports.

Required Skills & Specifications

• Must have a Certificate/Diploma in Accounting/Accounting degree or any.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
• Have 1 – 2 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management systems.
• Familiar with any Inventory System.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have good communication skills.
