Position Title: Inventory Controller

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring inventory processes are followed to support efficient business operations.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and experience in inventory management within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing inventory management processes, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating shipments.

Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, sales and finance department.

Analysing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.

Daily checking and posting of daily consumption and production entries with high level of accuracy.

Monitor reorder level of stock and speedup new orders.

Monitor incoming stock/shipments.

Provide assistance to the General Manager and/or the Financial Controller with major procurements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Management or related field.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of inventory management principals and best practises.

Excellent command of MS Office tools.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.
