Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock checks and inspections.
• Manage damaged-stock reporting and inventory adjustments.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve root causes with Operations.
• Reconcile lost-and-found stock, short receipts and over-receipts.
• Track and reconcile product recalls and withdrawals.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues in SAP and TWMS.
• Reverse incorrect SAP/TWMS adjustment and production-inbound entries.
• Maintain audit-compliant inventory records and transactional traceability.
• Manage damaged and aged finished goods, including batch corrections.
• Raise and process disposal stock adjustment documentation.
• Maintain stock availability in SAP/TWMS for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Monitor and clear virtual rack locations in TWMS.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business & management.
• 2+ years inventory/stock-management experience in an SAP-based environment.
• Strong Excel, data gathering and analytical skills.
• Root-cause analysis and continuous-improvement mindset
• Ability to work effectively under operational and time pressures.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
