Position Summary: We are looking for an ISP Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the internet network and customer services. This role involves field work site visits, tower/roof installs as required, configuring wireless links and resolving network faults quickly and professionally.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain wireless radio links (especially Ubiquiti devices) for customer and backbone connections.
• Configure and troubleshoot MikroTik routers (routing, NAT, firewall, bandwidth control, PPPoE, VLANs, DHCP).
• Perform fault isolation and repair on IP networks (layer 1-3 troubleshooting).
• Conduct site surveys (LOS checks, signal strength planning, mounting, aligning radios).
• Support Customer installations: CPE setup, cabling, testing and commissioning.
• Monitor network performance and assist with service restoration during outages.
• Document work completed: Installation notes, IP assignments, configurations, photos and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the NOC and support team for escalations and complex troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools, spares and vehicle readiness for field operations.
• Follow safety procedures and company standard on all sites.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Solid knowledge of IP networking (subnetting, routing basics, TCP/IP and DNS).
• Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti radios (airMax/UISP setups, alignment, link troubleshooting).
• Hand-on experience with MikroTik routers (RouterOS configuration and troubleshooting).
• Valid driver’s license and confident driving ability (field work required).
• Ability to work outdoors, on rooftops/towers where required and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and good customer communication.
