CreditBank PNG is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of IT Knowledge Analyst.
The IT Knowledge Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation and knowledge resources that support IT operations and service delivery. This role ensures that accurate, clear, and user-friendly documentation is available for internal teams and end-users, enabling efficient troubleshooting, process adherence, and knowledge sharing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content for various audiences.
- Organize and structure IT knowledge repositories to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Implement best practices for knowledge lifecycle management (creation, review, update, retirement).
- Work closely with IT teams (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Networks, Applications) to gather accurate information.
- Liaise with subject matter experts to validate technical content.
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Regularly review and update content to reflect system changes, new processes, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in developing training materials and onboarding guides for IT staff and end-users.
- Provide guidance on effective use of knowledge resources.
Other Duties:
- Other duties as directed by the Manager IT Service Management Office, Senior Manager IT Service Delivery or CTO.

Experience
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ work experience in a financial institution or similar industry.
- Experience in technical writing, IT documentation, or knowledge management.
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multicultural work setting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field.
