About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, IT & Innovation, this role leads end-to-end IT Operations, ensuring infrastructure, systems and services are secure, stable and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure and systems
• Ensure service reliability, performance and uptime standards
• Manage vendors and outsourced service providers
• Oversee incident, change and problem management processes
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance and risk mitigation practices
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Develop and lead a high-performing IT operations team

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline
• 5–7+ years in IT operations or service delivery leadership
• Strong experience managing vendors and service providers
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience with ITIL or similar service management practices
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) advantageous
