About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager from the hospitality industry to lead the strategy, governance and delivery of enterprise systems across a multi-site environment. You will oversee system architecture, implementation, compliance and vendor management while ensuring technology solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and life-cycle management of enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain systems governance, standards and architecture.
  • Oversee major system upgrades, integrations and technology projects.
  • Ensure compliance with cyber security, risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage technology vendors and implementation partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation and system optimization.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver strategic technology outcomes.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years' experience managing enterprise systems in complex environments.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-site systems implementations.
  • Strong background in systems architecture, integration and governance.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and project delivery.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Shiji or similar enterprise platforms is highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making skills.
