IT Technical Support - Cyber Security

The IT Division is seeking to recruit a qualified IT Technical Support - Cyber Security based in Port Moresby. The IT Technical Support Officer will provide 2nd and 3rd level support to the IT Help Desk team, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT processes.

Key responsibilities include the following:

1. Administer IT Cyber Security
2. Under supervision perform IT Helpdesk duties
3. Under supervision Perform IT Project duties as allocated by GM IT
4. Ownership of allocated IT
5. General IT duties
6. Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification at graduate level
• At least 2 years work experience.
• CompTIA or equivalent
