We have a vacancy for an IT TECHNICIAN position in the ICT Division. The position is suited to a candidate who is seeking a stable long-term future with great career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks across the company.

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Assist in system backups, data recovery, and IT security management.

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation for all company devices and software licenses.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement and support of IT solutions.

Key Requirements.

• Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network management.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Construction Industry experience would be preferred but not necessary.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• 2 – 3 plus years’ work experience
