We are a major construction company based in Lae, Morobe Province delivering major infrastructure and building projects across Papua New Guinea. Our Crossroad Hotel Division is looking for a highly organized and proactive Duty Manager x2 to join the team and take on this challenge to next level in the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do

As part of Crossroads Hotel team, the successful incumbent for this role will be:

• Responsible for overseeing overall operations of the Hotel
• Ensuring employee productivity
• Monitoring efficiency of all processes
• Create a positive work environment for employees
• You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements

What We're Looking For

• Have a Diploma or Degree in Tourism and Hospitality management;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role;
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience, preferably in similar industry;
• Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures;

• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Should have superior organisational, presentation and time management skills.
• Team management skills;
• Excellent leadership Skills;
