JOIN OUR TEAM | PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHAIRMAN

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, energetic and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the Chairman, ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, travel and special projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate all travel and accommodation arrangements, including booking flights, arranging airport pick-up and drop-off (PUDO), making hotel reservations, and maintaining accurate records of all travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Screen and prioritize correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and visitors.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Coordinate Board, Executive, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage official correspondence and documentation.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Monitor action items and ensure timely follow-up on commitments and deadlines.
  • Support special projects and other duties as directed by the Chairman.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Chairman/Managing Director.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Must be proactive, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
