Summary

This is an advanced entry-level position within our architectural team, primarily focusing on enhancing building projects through innovative design and international expertise. This role is designed for candidates with overseas experience and a robust portfolio, providing the opportunity to lead smaller projects and assist in major ones under the guidance of senior architects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advanced Design Development: Engage in all phases of architectural design, applying international standards and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Project Leadership: Take on leadership responsibilities for smaller projects or components of larger projects, demonstrating capability in project management and client interaction.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce detailed construction documentation, ensuring designs meet both local and international building codes and standards.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects to integrate creative and technical aspects of architectural design, bringing international perspectives to local projects.
  • Client Interaction: Interface directly with clients, understanding their needs and presenting design proposals that reflect a sophisticated understanding of global architectural trends.
  • Mentorship Role: Mentor Junior Architect I colleagues, sharing insights and experiences gained from international work environments.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of architectural experience, including significant time spent working abroad.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
  • Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, including international work.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills..
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated understanding of and sensitivity to different cultural and architectural norms.
