About the Role:
Baosen International Holdings Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our project team. This is a client-side role offering hands-on experience in design coordination, project support, and construction-stage collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in communication and coordination with consultants and supervision teams
- Attend meetings and support documentation tracking
- Provide daily admin and technical support (printing drawings, organizing documents)
- Support design tasks including research, site layout, and 3D modelling (if capable)
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings
- Good English communication (Mandarin an advantage)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- SketchUp/Revit knowledge preferred
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Willing to learn and multitask
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Position Nature:
This role combines design support, coordination, and administrative tasks, requiring flexibility and a practical approach.
