Global Constructions Ltd has a reputable history of over 30 years in the Civil Construction industry in Papua New Guinea and is proud to be commencing the Kimbe Port Landside Development Project in October and is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced local Kimbe-based personnel to join our team.

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

PROJECT STAFF

• Safety Officers
• Site Engineers & Site Tally Clerks, Storemen
• Administration Clerks & Contract Administrators
• Community Liaison & Training Officers

OPERATORS & DRIVERS

• Excavator, Loader, Roller, Backhoe and Grader Operators
• Concrete Batching Plant Operators,
• Tip Truck, Agi Concrete Truck, and Small Tipper drivers Water Truck, Flat Deck, Hiab

Requirments

• Operators must provide valid /current ( Class 7) license
• Driver must provide valid /current ( Class 4 ) license
• Minimum 5 years driving /operator experience

FIELD STAFF

• Foremen
• Carpenters & Plumber
• Paving Masons
• Skilled and General Labourers
• Drivers
• Traffic Controllers
• Cleaners / Housekeepers
• Mechanics, Fitters, Welders

Competencies and Requirements:

• Preference will be given to Kimbe-based local residents
• Minimum 5 years or similar working experience
• Excellent written and communication skills, both oraland written
• Time management and organization skills
• Strong focus and commitment to safety
• Strong work ethics with attention to details and of soberhabits
• Relevant qualification /Trade certificates
• Honest and reliable
