• Landscaping Maintenance:
  • Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming.
  • Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.
  • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to maintain healthy landscapes.
  • Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain shape and remove damaged or diseased branches.
• Groundskeeping:
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including picking up trash and debris.
  • Ensure walkways, driveways, and outdoor structures are clear and well-maintained.
  • Inspect irrigation systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of outdoor features such as lighting, benches, and decorative elements.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Seasonal Tasks:
  • Perform seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal, and winterizing plants and irrigation systems.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, including holiday decorations and property beautification efforts.
