The Opportunity

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for creating and implementing learning strategies, developing training programs, assessing development needs, and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The Learning & Development Manager will work closely with HR manager, and employees to support career growth, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the hotel’s Learning & Development strategy in line with IHG brand standards and local business needs.
• Deliver onboarding and induction programs ensuring every new team member understands IHG values, brand service behaviors, and compliance requirements.
• Track and report training completion rates (mandatory and optional) via IHG MyLearning system.
• Lead the hotel’s quality assurance framework, ensuring compliance with IHG Brand Standards and Service Quality Audits.
• Build strong relationships with external training providers, educational institutions, and community partners (IHG Academy).
• Act as key liaison with IHG Learning & Development regional teams to cascade new initiatives, updates, and frameworks.
• Support with any employee engagement activities led by the Human Resource Department.

What we need from you

• 3 - 5+ years experiences in L&D Manager role
• Posses excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communicator, both written & oral.
• Ability to set priorities in workload and plan
• Background in Hospitality industry
• Diploma in HR
