The Role

This role leads and implements strategic people and organizational development initiatives that align with business goals. The main purpose is to support a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organization.

Main duties include:

• Building and implementing a Learning & Development strategy aligned with business needs.
• Leading the effective execution of the performance management cycle.
• Executing and monitoring the annual climate survey and leading action planning for improvement.
• Developing and delivering the Employer Branding strategy.
• Championing Inclusion & Diversity and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR, OD, or Talent roles, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
• Deep understanding of HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, and change leadership.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
