POSITION VACANCY: LIGHT VEHICLE DRIVERS

Reinhold Engineering and Group of Companies Limited is a nationally owned civil works and building construction company based in Port Moresby. We are seeking responsible and dependable Light Vehicle Drivers to support company transport and daily operational requirements.

About the Role

You will transport authorised personnel, documents and approved light goods between offices, suppliers and project sites while maintaining safe driving standards and accurate vehicle records.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete authorised trips safely and on schedule.

• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report faults.

• Follow traffic rules, company driving procedures and site requirements.

• Ensure passengers use available seat belts and goods are secured appropriately.

• Coordinate trip requests and route changes with the responsible supervisor.

• Maintain trip logs, mileage, fuel and delivery records.

• Keep vehicles clean, secure and ready for use.

• Report incidents, delays and maintenance requirements promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid PNG driver’s licence appropriate to the assigned vehicle.

• Demonstrated light vehicle driving experience.

• Good knowledge of Port Moresby roads and surrounding project routes.

• Ability to complete basic vehicle checks and maintain records.

• Experience driving on construction access roads is an advantage.

• Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.

• Discretion when transporting personnel and company documents.
