LOBBY OFFICER

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our Building Management team.

This role is responsible for managing the main lobby operations, screening visitors, and ensuring secure and controlled access to CHM Corporate Park One. You will work closely with the Property Manager, security personnel, and tenant receptionists to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screen and manage all visitor access to the building.
  • Maintain accurate visitor log records (log in and log out).
  • Issue and retrieve visitor ID passes in accordance with procedures.
  • Coordinate with tenant receptionists to confirm visitor access.
  • Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors and contractors.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of the main lobby at all times.
  • Monitor lobby environment (air conditioning, security presence, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Property Management on contractor access and records.
  • Report and document incidents and emergencies promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports to management.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in front desk, reception, or office administration roles.
  • Strong understanding of office procedures, policies, and basic security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Strong work ethics with a proactive and flexible attitude.
