Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain operations. You will be the central point of contact between suppliers, internal teams, and transportation providers to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments, track inventory, and map out efficient delivery routes.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure materials are readily available.
• Prepare and maintain accurate job files, shipping documents, and logistics data.
• Ensure compliance with local transport and customs regulations.
• Resolve any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP/logistics tracking systems, knowledge of international shipping terms and necessary customs codes is highly desirable.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong conflict-resolution abilities.
