TotalEnergies Marketing PNG is seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Executive to coordinate logistics, transportation, and supply chain activities across Papua New Guinea. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of fuel products while maintaining operational excellence and PATROM compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fuel deliveries and transportation activities across the country.
- Manage transport contracts, contractor performance, and freight costs.
- Ensure compliance with PATROM requirements, including Safe to Load and Safe to Dispatch processes.
- Support supply planning, depot operations, and supply chain execution.
- Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices through SAP.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and provide operational reporting and analysis.
- Promote HSEQ compliance and foster a strong safety culture.
- Lead transport audits, driver compliance programs, and contractor reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience; or
- Diploma qualification with 5+ years' experience in logistics, transportation, fuel, lubricants, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fuel transportation, supply chain management, or PATROM compliance will be highly regarded.
- Dangerous Goods Handling certification is advantageous.
