The Opportunity
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing logistics, transportation and supply chain activities to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of fuel products. The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, supporting supply chain optimization and ensuring compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and HSEQ requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics transportation, and supply chain activities to ensure safe and efficient product delivery.
  • Manage delivery schedules, transport providers, and contractor performance to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with transport, safety, and operational standards while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Support procurement, purchase order processing, invoice management, and other logistics administration activities.
  • Monitor logistics performance, analyse operational data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, risk management activities, and the implementation of HSEQ requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, transport providers, contractors, and customers.
  • Support depot operations and contribute to the successful execution of end-to-end supply chain activities.
  • Overseeing logistics KPI’s and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and performance tracking
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related discipline
  • Over 5 year’s experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or operational coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of transport operations, contractor management, compliance requirements, and supply chain processes
  • Experience coordinating deliveries, managing service providers and monitoring operational performance
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
