LOW TIME ENTRY (LTE) – PILOT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.

Our Flight Operations Department is recruiting PNG Nationals into its Low Time Entry (LTE) Pilot Development Program. This program is designed for PNG Nationals who have completed their Flying Training Courses and obtained Commercial License qualifications but have limited flying experience. The LTE Development Program presents an opportunity for these budding pilots to embark on a career in aviation within an airline environment, starting from ground support operations, progressing to type rating, and ultimately qualifying as airline First Officer pilots.

Candidates for the LTE – Pilot Development Program are preferably selected from Flying Schools recognized by the PNG Civil Aviation & Safety Authority (CASA PNG) and must hold a PNG Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

Minimum Entry Requirements:

To apply for the Low Time Entry Pilot Development Program, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Indigenous Papua New Guinean citizenship.
2. PNG National Identification Card (NID).
3. PNG Commercial Pilot License (PNG CPL).
4. Air Transport Pilot License (Frozen ATPL)
5. Multi - Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR).
6. Basic Gas Turbine Certificate (BGT).
7. Aviation English Proficiency Level 5 or above.
8. Medical Fitness certificatio.n
9. Current Police Clearance ( valid within the last 6 months).
