Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Air-Conditioning and Electrical Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical installations. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, safety, and energy efficiency of all air-conditioning and electrical systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems, including split units, central systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC and electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors as needed.
• Recommend improvements for energy efficiency and system upgrades.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC and electrical maintenance (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Valid trade license or certification (if applicable).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with building management systems (BMS).
• Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

• On-site work in commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.
• May require working outside normal hours for emergency repairs.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and electrical hazards.
